Hello,
 
I'm trying to use your script, but I want to change the filename of the uploaded file. The new name should be the name of some person that uploads the file.
So if
Firstname: John
Lastname: Jackson
 
is uploading the file test.jpg is sould be Jackson_John.jpg on the server.
 
How should I do this??
I know I need to make 2 more input boxes, but what then?
