Pharchiver is a GUI for creating phar archives easily. All you have to do is select the files, configure the phar archive and the program will
generate the phar for you without the need of any coding unless you wanted advanced configurations.
Pharchiver will generate a php file which has the phar creation script so you can still configure it more if you wanted to get your hands dirty with
code.

The application is almost ready but I had a sudden lose of interest. I might actually release the source sometime.
